Delivery
Delivery Information
After placing your order we will dispatch it as soon as possible.
This can be between 1 to 7 working days.
If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have within 1 to 7 working days. Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
If you need a specific ITEM VERY QUICKLY PLEASE CONTACT US ON sales@luxurybeneath.com We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific times, only days.
Items are sent via a next day courier service and the item will need to be signed for upon delivery, if no one is home a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.
We will notify you of any delays in your order as soon as we can.

Stock Levels.
Due to the range of products available it’s inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in this case you will be contacted if the delay is likely to exceed 7 working days.
Delivery cost
UK - £3.50 First Class Recorded Delivery
International - £10
Please note that we send all overseas orders by International Signed for Delivery. If items go astray in the postal service we will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage for you to make a claim against your postal service. We cannot process this claim on your behalf as once it has left the UK it is out of our control.
Customs & Duty
Charges for custom clearance must be paid by you the customer as we have no control over these charges. Likewise on any returned items it will be your responsibility to repay fees due by your customs authority.
